Premium Inconel Fasteners Manufacturer
At Dalloyed, we manufacture fasteners from Nickel-Chromium-based superalloys, commonly known as Inconel. These materials are essential for aerospace, chemical processing, and nuclear industries because they retain their strength even at temperatures up to 980°C.
Our Inconel fasteners are highly resistant to oxidation, pitting, and crevice corrosion. Whether it is Inconel 625 for marine subsea applications or Inconel 718 for high-strength turbine components, we provide 100% lab-tested and MTC 3.1 certified products.
- Extreme Temperature Stability
- Corrosion & Acid Resistance
- High Creep-Rupture Strength
- Non-Magnetic Behavior
Specialized Nickel Alloy Grades
Each grade is engineered for specific aggressive environments.
Inconel 600
A standard engineering material for applications which require resistance to corrosion and heat. Excellent for furnace components.
Inconel 625
High strength and outstanding corrosion resistance in a broad range of severely corrosive environments like seawater and acids.
Inconel 718
A precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy containing significant amounts of iron, niobium, and molybdenum.
